Localização excelente mesmo no centro junto ao canal. Fácil acesso a todos os serviços. Zona muito tranquila Quarto bastante espaçoso e com excelente exposição solar. Escadas....54 degraus bom para fazer exercício

Apartamento espaçoso, moderno, limpo e cuidado. Tem todas as comodidades necessárias, desde pequenos electrodomésticos a material de limpeza. A localização é absolutamente excelente. Processo de obtenção da chave prático e eficiente.

Apenas dois pequenos reparos que acho que podem ser melhorados: - As escadas, dentro do apartamento, não têm angulo de subida e só têm corrimão de um dos lados. Estão completamente à vertical em relação ao soalho. Para além disso quando se sobe, já no topo, temos que nos desviar do ar condicionado que ali está montado. A subida/descida das escadas carece de algum cuidado. - Seria conveniente ter no duche uma pequena prateleira para colocar os cosméticos para o banho.

The apartment on the top floor (no lift) is just like the photos, although more spacious. The balcony was an added bonus and a real sun trap, although it could be stunning with a little more loving and attention. The location is ideal and centrally located to the canal, restaurants, bars, and shopping mall. The apartment building is over the top of some shops on a car free road and opposite a traditional square with a church and bells that ring on the hour and every 15 minutes, but the bells only ring between 8am-8pm. l must highlight that overall, the apartment is quiet, especially at night, with excellent soundproof doors, resulting in a good nights sleep. The bathroom is bright and clean with plenty of hot water, although the shower is a slight challenge on opening and closing. The small kitchen is neat and functional, which we used daily over 6 days. Contact with the owner was professional and friendly, and we do appreciate the early check-in. Overall, l would recommend this apartment to family and friends.
