Amplitud, limpieza, menaje, electrodomésticos, zona tranquila...la casera servicial. No tiene parking pero es fácil aparcar cerquita, hay zonas que por 3€ puedes dejar el coche todo el día.
El sofá de la salita hecho polvo, literalmente se cae a trozos; hay estufas pero en el apartamento hace algo de frío.

Comfortable apartment, spacious and nice place as a base as we explored Aveiro.
Parking near the apartment is blue parking, not free, ended up with parking ticket on first day from the misunderstanding. Difficulties finding where to pay ticket too. Blue parking not expensive, just dont forget to pay! and there is a parking lot a bit of a walk away.

The kitchen has everything you might need, including oil, vinegar, salt and even condiments. It has a beautiful patio surrounded by flowers, very pleasant for breakfast or evening. Wifi works very well. Since it is at street level, if you open your bedroom window, you can hear people on the street talking, bur windows are very good quality, therefore when closed you hear nothing inside. The lady that greated us had her car parked in front of the apartment, and we could park there.
