Apartment Malvarrosa Beach Cavite

It was a great stay! Everything was exactly as described, and the entire process was easy and hassle-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and the apartment was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed, including extra items, spices etc. The location was excellent—a very short walk to both the beach and grocery stores. Beach chairs were even provided, which was a nice bonus. There was a deposit, which was refunded promptly without any issues. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience, and I would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Everything we needed was there. We especially appreciated the great view, the beach amenities (chairs and umbrella), the open kitchen with large equipment and the free Movie+ channel with sofabed.

The shower is calcified and needs maintenance and the ceiling needs painting. The dishwasher also needs servicing, there's residue on the dishes. And the kitchen faucet needs a new aerator.

First, to be honest, I was afraid to agree to pay garantie 800€ before I see the appartement, yes the photo is perfect But many bad examples , the hosts publish perfect foto and the real is different!!!! for that, i tried to cancel my reservation.. But not refunded money!!! .and when I refused to pay 800€ also not possible, and it was too late because I was paid 2000€ for 13 days!!!! Then I accept because there is no other solution... But once I enter the apartment, I'm chocked. The real is more beautiful than the photo .. every thing avilable , all machines , kitchen full equipped, bedrooms very comfortable, clean 1000% , bathrooms very clean , and very easy to clean , 2 lift avilable 24hours , very security, the place is fantastic it js only 150 meters from malvarossa beach.. under the apartment available, everything , restaurants, supermarkets , clinics , and also far from commercial malls only 4 k.m . Really, I was very lucky to stay there , I'm sure I will be back again Last point , the garantie refund is complete 800€
