This property was great for access to St. Andrews and the Old Course. Only problem being parking which is not their fault. Next time I would park at the long stay car park at the first roundabout in St. Andrews which has a number of electric chargers and walk to the guest house later in the day it easier to move the car along the seafront or on street parking at the hotel if available.
Only thing that was annoying for me was the window had slated wooden shutter and even when closed ambient light gets in. I use blackout blinds as light makes me wake up during the night. Maybe some curtains would help too.

Tartan backboard attractive Clean Small Room but space for a little workout in front of mirror Tea provided
Room too hot no temp control. Shower items placed too high No soft or feather pillows Construction at 8am WiFi unreliable Hard bed no topper Breakfast far too early for jet lagged traveler (and expensive) No late checkout
