Disappointingly, breakfast is only served from 8am - 9am with last orders at 8.45. This was not highlighted on booking.com or on Annandale Guest House. This is a very short window to have breakfast and I would expect breakfast to be served much later on a Sunday.

Good location. Breakfast was nice.
I had booked a deluxe room for my fiancés birthday but on arrival we walked into our small room that, on their website, is marked as a standard room (room1). The room was small, bathroom was freezing with the towel rail not working. Not worth the price I paid.
