Easy to find
There was no where to sit or hang out except the room which had no chair and space taken up by the bed. Very noisy road front. The shower in communal bathroom was barely Luke warm and trickle of water. No one to greet me and let me in on arrival. No breakfast which was offered on the website

The room was clean and warm. The location was within walking distance of the town centre, and we enjoyed exploring Sligo. Appreciated the onsite parking.
Our ground floor room had two large windows letting in lots of light and looking out onto the garden. However there was a workman working directly outside, with the result that we had no privacy. It felt like living in a goldfish bowl. The room had a double and a single bed but was not large enough for both. It was cramped with two of us, quite unsuitable for three. There was a single hard wooden chair and nowhere comfortable to sit.

Nothing
I made a last-minute booking and informed the owner that I would be arriving after 11pm. I phoned him when I was fairly near 3 times to update him on time of arrival. No answer, so I left messages on his phone. When I arrived, I rang doorbell and knocker, but got no response. I was driving away when the owner phoned, said he was in bed and wanted me to wait! He was most unhelpful and rude, so I just drove on. In the circumstances, I think I should receive a refund as his behaviour and attitude was totally unacceptable.

Owner was very friendly and the house is close to the city center. They also have ample enough parking on the premises and a kettle with coffee and biscuits in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy!
The quote said breakfast included, but after paying, breakfast became an additional feature for €10 extra.
Communication is very tardy, so don't try to get information before you check in.
The bathroom has motion detector lighting, which is a nightmare for applying make-up or brushing your teeth, unless you do this while hopping around to keep the light on!
Could not get any rest after the long trip because the room is bright white (even the blinds), making it difficult to catch up on sleep. Would've been great if the blinds were a dark colour.
Only got 2 hours sleep that night and had to leave 4 hours before check-out because the next door guest's incessant snoring kept me awake as if he was sleeping right next to me! I drove home to get some sleep and wasted €150 for this inconvenience. I should've just driven back home after the event I attended or slept in my car.
