The hosts were very helpful and kind to us. The rooms were clean and views outside the window beautiful. Bonus that the bathrooms were en suite.

Location- was able to park and walk into town. OK for one night as passing through.
It was more like a hostel and no breakfast available. No staff on site, just on arrival. Fairly basic furniture.

The host was very welcoming and provided safe storage for my bicycle. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with beverage facilities on hand. Having a sink in the room was very welcome.
I have never seen a sink or bath painted before. I could see that the property is very tired but the host has tried his very best to keep everything working but this level of compromise is reflected in the price. The TV remote didn't work but it wasn't an issue for me me. My bathroom was at the rear of the property and the over bath shower control unit seemed to only provide hot water with no option to dial in the cold more.

The bed was comfy and the room reasonably quiet.
Decent parking.
Good choice of biscuits with the tea facilities
Room was not worth the money paid.
Very small bathroom.
Had to refrain the wife from filling in this section.
Whole place could do with a refurbishment.
