large apartment in good area near many restaurants. wifi was fast, and the beds were comfortable.

For what you pay you get a really spacious apartment with balcony. We even had a spare room with two beds! The apartment was relatively clean and quiet. The balcony has a view over a small square and a mosque (the calls for prayers helped us experience the local atmosphere haha).
The location itself is somewhat far from Lake Plav and for National Park Prokletije you need to go by car. Plav didn't feel like the most touristic part of Montenegro, so we sometimes felt like outsiders. We had to pick up the keys in a gambling room with lots of slot machines located beneath our apartment, and our host didn't speak a lot of English. However, she was still very helpful. Wifi at first wasn't working, but our host tried to help as best as she could (although communication made it difficult). In the end, she showed us the location of the hotspot/router, and we could fix it ourselves using a simple off-on tactic.

Location fine for Plav. Restaurants, supermarkets etc. close by. Hosts seemed nice.
Kitchen needs more equipment. Nowhere to eat/no dining table. Furniture is worn, apartment could use a little love.
Lacking info from hosts. There was a big event in town on the night of our arrival, which meant that the main road was closed. Host did not tell us this in advance, so arrived at Police block, with lots of traffic.
Water outage for hours several times during our stay, which host also failed to tell us in advance (nice to have a little water stored).
Not critical problems, but a heads-up in advance would be nice
