Great little apartment with enough room for 3 or 4 adults. Spacious and light with lovely local pictures on the walls. Easy to get into central Durham -we ordered taxis quickly for around £10-12 and could also have caught a bus from the nearby bus stop. Comfortable beds. A convenient base for a couple of days and good value compared to some other properties we looked at. There is a Spar close by for groceries.
The apartment could do with some TLC especially in the kitchen. One set of bedsheets had a rip in it. Cleaning was not quite up to standard. We couldn't find a hairdryer.
