Great parking and location. Beds comfortable and lovely bedding.the flat was bright and Very clean.
Tap in the kitchen need replacing. Water sprayed everyware. Wine glasses were not great. And shelving in fridge door was missing. Great that tea and coffee on site but a pint of milk would have been a godsend as we did not get there till late. TV had limited apps. Could do with an update. Had to log in through play console not something we are used to. Really could have done with a hairdryer. Did not matter for this stay but shame there is not outside space and seating . Felt it was set up for lads rather than ladies.

Great location close to park n ride into Durham city. Lovely farm shop close by. Comfortable clean accommodation.

Location was good for our travel purposes. The flat was large enough for 3 of us.
Bed linen did not seem clean. Oven very dirty on arrival tins in oven needed thorough cleaning. Many items in kitchen drawers needed washing before use.
No instructions on how to use equipment/ recycle waste etc. Oven quite difficult to figure out. TV appeared to have limited number of stations and no iplayer
