Old stone Cottage has 3 bedrooms on the first floor, with a shower room and bathroom, on the ground floor there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed
All bedrooms have a wardrobe and drawers.
The cottage has 1 shower room and 1 bathroom,
A relaxed living room with comfy settees and freeview and Prime TV, with free WIFI
The cottage has fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make your stay a relaxing home from home experience.
There is a small gravelled area to the front of the cottage that leads onto the front street. (Please note there is no rear garden)

The cottage is 3 miles direct route from Durham city centre and on a regular bus route.
Sherburn Village is a popular rural village with close transport links to Newcastle and Gateshead, Sunderland, Northumberland and North Yorkshire.

A great base to explore this part of the world! The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for 4 adults and 2 kids to enjoy spending New Year together. Plenty of space for everyone, and a well-equipped kitchen.Co-op, bakery and playpark in the village all very handy and we discovered a lovely walk towards Dragonville along cycle route 14. Lynne kindly left the Christmas decorations up for us, a high chair & cot, and a welcome pack with a handy mixture of basics (variety pack for the kids and real coffee) and treats. Would definitely stay again.
