Pleasant

Lovely and quiet with a nice fountain in the courtyard to sit and relax next to. Having a bathtub was a bonus we weren't expecting. 10 minutes walk to the local grocery store. OK place to stay on a pitstop tour.

Air conditioning makes a buzzing noise every 30 seconds or so, which makes sleeping difficult, so turned it off which obviously left the temperature in the apartment quite high which meant getting to sleep wasn't easy but got some rest in the end.

La posizione era comoda per le nostre esigenze, vicino alla linea 76 che ti porta alla metro Fermi

Nonostante alcune recensioni negative, abbiamo prenotato perché la posizione era ottima per le nostre esigenze. Invece, purtroppo, le cose negative erano molte. La stanza era molto sporca. Capelli ovunque, su pavimento e sanitari, briciole in cucina, polvere datata su porta asciugamani, ragnatele... Nel raccogliere una costruzione di mia figlia finita sotto al divano, ho trovato una borsa che era lì chissà da quando. È un 2 piano senza ascensore, la rampa finale non ha corrimano. Appena entrati c'era un forte odore di deodorante per ambiente (forse per nascondere la puzza di sigarette), La culla la abbiamo dovuta montare noi, ma il materassino era macchiato e abbiamo preferito non usarla. Il lucernaio della camera da letto ha la tenda che non si chiude bene, quindi la mattina la stanza era molto illuminata. Letto scomodo e con una gamba rotta. Il kit di cortesia in bagno (sapone, doccia shampoo) non c'era. C'erano solo dei dispenser vuoti nel mobile. Il set di asciugamani è composto solo da telo doccia e telo mani, non quindi quello da bidet. Il phon non era funzionante, come si intuisce dalla polvere sullo stesso. Il bollitore elettrico era incrostato all' interno. Abbiamo segnalato il tutto appena arrivati, ci è stato proposto di mandarci nuovamente la persona per la pulizia. Ma oramai avevamo già pulito noi bagno e tavolo della cucina dovendoli utilizzare... Per il prezzo richiesto, non è un servizio minimamente accettabile.

La gestione della struttura ha Piú difetti che pregi. Se migliorano potrei prenotare nuovamente altrimenti è da scartare

È situato in una buona posizione per muoverti in tutta la città, vicino alla tangenziale di Torino e a molti centri commerciali. L’appartamento è buono per una coppia.

Pecca nella pulizia, appena arrivati l’ambiente era più freddo che all’esterno, il bagno è privo di riscaldamento, ho chiesto una stufa ci hanno detto che la portavano ma non è mai arrivata, la vasca è situata in un ponto scomodo per poter fare la doccia, le persone più alte di Mt 1,50 non riescono a fare la doccia. Per un soggiorno di 6 giorni 2 persone ci hanno fatto trovare 2 teli doccia e 2 asciugamani viso.
