C'est un appartement qui pourrait mériter un 9 ou 10 mais quelques petits défauts, dont certains déjà signalés, que le propriétaire ne semble pas prendre en compte.
Le code arrive très tardivement sans que ce soit signalé et sans réponse aux messages. Le numéro de téléphone n'est pas fonctionnel : c'est agaçant ! Il y a des fuites (radiateur et salle de bains). Surtout, la sonnette de l'appartement (très forte) est utilisée par des personnes de l'immeuble pour rentrer.

Nulla,tutto perfetto,l unica peccato forse per chi soggiorna più di una notte con tante valige è faticoso arrivarci essendo all ultimo piano senza ascensore,ma tralasciando questo l appartamento è super accessoriato e comodo

La posizione centrale e la possibilità di potersi fare un buon caffè dentro l appartamento.Tutto sommato lo consiglio per chi è di passaggio e non vuole spendere troppo.
All esterno c erano dei locali con delle persone un po bevute (quasi beccavamo una rissa) , poi arrivati non sapevamo che l appartamento non avesse l ascensore quindi avendo il passeggino abbiamo avuto un po di difficoltà a fare tutte quelle scale fino la mansarda ( però forse non abbiamo letto bene noi all inizio). All interno ho trovato un po di polvere ed essendo allergica agli acari ho fatto un po di difficoltà.
