Truly disappointing

Great location.

Too many stairs to reach the top floor. Owner should really mention this in the description. People with mobility issues would never be able to make it. Being on the top floor it was brutally hot. Owner should consider installing some type of air conditioning. Teenagers gathered below outside one of the bedrooms one evening they made incredible noise until 3:00 AM. Nearly every night there was too much noise below.

Bel Vecchio edificio anche se poco curato e freddo! Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a farci un te caldo ;)

Appartamento freddo, ma molto freddo! Caldaia non funzionante correttamente! Appartamento mal curato e pure sporco!! Pure le lenzuola macchiate… e la proprietaria dice di aver uno staff che gli cura le pulizie! Wow forse farebbe meglio sistemare la doccia che allaga tutto ed il water che non sta fermo… un incubo!

Bella location, ma pulizia pessima.

La posizione in pieno centro.

Purtroppo, nell'aprire il letto, di rientro dalla cena intorno alle 23.30, abbiamo trovato capelli nelle lenzuola, aloni e macchie, nonché nessun odore di lenzuola pulite a conferma che non fossero state lavate a cui si aggiunge anche una ragnatela tra le travi di legno, ulteriore segno di mancata pulizia. Di conseguenza, in piena notte fonda, in un paesino quasi semideserto ho dovuto trovare autonomamente una nuova sistemazione sempre c/o Pinerolo ( hotel). Situazione che non auguro a nessuno di trovarsi a vivere. Vacanza rovinata e pessima impressione della località che non ho potuto vivere e visitare con spensieratezza. Struttura da evitare.

Die Wohnung war relativ ringhörig. Am Anfang unseres Aufenthaltes war es ziemlich kalt in der Wohnung. Dies wurde aber mit der Dauer des Aufenthaltes besser.

Si trova al centro del paese quindi comoda posizione per bar, ristoro e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione dei treni.

Palazzo molto vecchio e umido, il portone a malapena si chiudeva e soprattutto troppi scalini.

Appartamento bellissimo 😍

Appartamento nuovo, veramente carinissimo e curatissimo nell' arredamento. Due camere matrimoniali molto comode. Davvero silenzioso pur essendoci un pub nella strada sotto. Comodissima la posizione in centro, con parcheggio vicino ( l' appartamento è all' inizio di un ZTL ma poco prima c'è un parcheggio). L' appartamento inoltre aveva al suo interno una temperatura perfetta, pur essendo fine agosto. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia, solo una notte ma siamo stati davvero bene. Se ne avremo l' occasione torneremo volentieri

Piacevole soggiorno

Struttura nel centro storico, molto suggestiva la zona. Esattamente come le foto si presenta ben arredato, con biancheria pulita e tutto l’essenziale in bagno e in cucinaParticolarmente apprezzato che ci fosse the e caffè. Ci sono due camere da letto senza condizionatore ma dotate di ventilatore mobile. Cuscini in abbondanza per ogni esigenza. Molto carino anche il soppalco adibito a zona lettura. Tv con connessione a Internet e tutte le app. Anche se l’appartamento si trova sopra una zona ‘viva’ era assolutamente silenzioso.

Si tratta di una casa di ringhiera posta all’ultimo piano, quindi come già detto ci sono molte scale, bisogna tenere conto delle esigenze che si hanno. A un centinaio di metri dall’appartamento c’è una via con i parcheggi, unica pecca è che a senso unico, quindi non puoi tornare da dove sei venuto ed essendo in centro storico per uscirne bisogna fare una serie di viette molto strette. Noi con la macchina grande abbiamo fatto fatica a uscire. Alternativamente si può parcheggiare a 500 mt.

Отличное расположение - легко найти, легко парковать авто, можно гулять на площади и посидеть вечером в баре. Немного шумно ночью на улице, но не смущает. Отличная квартира и даже есть библиотека. Вся необходимая посуда, постельное и полотенца. Парковки платные, но может повезти найти место рядом. Ключи получать удобно, в любое время.

Очень разочаровало то, что квартира находится крайне высоко -на 5м этаже и практически не возможно принести вещи, если ты женщина, особенно с маленьким ребенком или пожилой человек. Без мужчины никак. Моей пожилой маме было очень тяжело подняться наверх и она уже не пошла на прогулку. Надо предупреждать, что квартира так высоко. Я поднялась с маленькими детьми, но вещи уже не смогла принести. Лестница в библиотеку без перил и страшно спускаться - с детьми осторожно. Душ постоянно течет и надо полотенце на пол или коврик, а раковина стекает плохо, в ней стоит вода, но это мелочи.

Appartamento molto curato nei particolari e pulito. Comodissimo ai servizi del paese in quanto è in pieno centro.

Ci sono tanti gradini per raggiungere l appartamento dal momento che è un sottotetto. Questo dovrebbe essere chiarito nell annuncio

Cuscini troppo morbidi per i nostri gusti, appartamento ubicato all'ultimo piano (terzo) senza ascensore.

Adatto alle famiglie

Struttura molto pulita, accogliente e moderna. Di recente ristrutturazione e molto comoda anche per i parcheggi nonostante sia in zona ZTL.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con la caldaia, non dipeso dalla proprietaria che si è attivata subito per cercare di risolvere il problema.
