The cleanliness of the bathroom was not the best. The bedding is rough. The window is next to the sidewalk, you can hear all the noise from the street.

Extremely welcoming host, reasonably clean, ok value for money.
Extremely friendly host, ready to help with anything you might need.
The beds were quite hard, and even though the bedlinen were clean, the inside covers and the pillows had a smell of nicotine smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. It was so pronounced that after we got home after one night sleeping there (as a nin-smoker, really not nice to dall asleep to the smell), my kids pajamas still smelled of nicotine smoke :(

Phenomenal staff & accomodation.
We were overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff. They were more than open to us having a late check-out, so we are forever grateful. Would recommend it to everyone looking for cozy accommodation that's near the city center.

Location was great, very close to City Museum and pedestrian area. Walkable from central bus station as well.
We were given the smallest room (number 6) though other rooms looked vacant. There were no slippers provided, so it was very inconvenient to take on and off my shoes for every leaving and entering the room.
