die Lage ist für unsere Monteure ideal. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön im Wohngebiet, fußläufig zur S-Bahn in Trachau oder zur Straßenbahn am Wilden Mann, gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen im Obergeschoss des Hauses. Ein Hammer ist der Blick in die Gärten, die sehr gut gepflegt sind. Ob nur ein Wochenende oder für längere Zeit. Der Aufenthalt lohnt sich.
An sich ist nichts auszusetzen. Wer bei geöffneten Fenstern, landene oder startende Flugzeuge (vom Flughafen Dresden) nicht gewohnt ist, sollte hier vorsichtiger mit der Buchung sein. Uns hat es nicht gestört! Partygäste sollten diese Wohnungen, mitten im Wohngebiet auch eher meiden.
