Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Lage & grundsätzlich war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Zur Begrüßung wurden Getränke und etwas süßes bereitgestellt. Daher war der Eindruck allgemein gut.
In der Wohnung konnte man leider riechen, das darin mal geraucht wurde. Außerdem war in der Küche eine Schublade defekt und man konnte im Hinterhof die Nachbarn sehr deutlich hören. Ruhe hatte man in den Schlafzimmern also erst, als niemand mehr auf dem Hinterhof war. Somit konnte die kleine Terrasse von uns überhaupt nicht genutzt werden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in eine topp Lage! Sie ist sowohl mit dem PKW als auch mit dem ÖPNV sehr gut erreichbar. Von der Ferienwohnung aus lässt sich Dresden sehr gut erkunden.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr modernes und sauberes Appartement in zentraler Lage. Supermärkte und ÖPNV fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war uneingeschränkt freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Danke!
