modernes helles Appartment mit Balkon, gut ausgestattet, problemloser Check in, Parkplatz konnte noch kurzfristig gebucht werden, Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit, gute Lage zur Altstadt, 3 min zur Tram zu Fuß, 9 min Fahrt ins Zentrum.
Verkehrslärm durch Hauptstraße, schlafen mit geschlossenen Fenstern möglich.

Sehr sauber und Funktional. Perfekt für ein Wochenende in stadt nähe. Perfekte Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Anwohner und Straßenbahn etwas zu laut. Schlafzimmer Türgriff loose. Kein Bezug für zweite Bettwäsche.

Das der Gastgeber (freundlich, lösungsorientiert) immer sofort erreichbar war. Durch meinen Autoaufbau konnte ich die Duplexgarage nicht nutzen. Er hat mir einen Hofparkplatz und eine sichere Stellfläche (innen) für mein E-Bike organisiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und richtig schön. Die Lage war gut zur City. Mit der Bahn bin ich nicht gefahren, nur per Rad.
Mir persönlich hätten härtere Matratzen besser gefallen. Das Sofa war da eine gute Ausweichfläche. Mit dem Wlan hatte ich pers. Probleme. Mir war es zu oft unterbrochen, was beim berufl. arbeiten dann doch etwas stört.

Sehr schönes neues Appartement in der Dresdner Innenstadt. Die Räume sind groß und es gibt wirklich alles was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Dank Schlüsseltresor ist das einchecken sehr unkompliziert.
Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral. Daher ist allerdings der Verkehrslärm durch Autos und Straßenbahn ein Thema.
