Da die beabsichtigte Türöffnung mit App für uns schwierig erschien, hat die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin uns anders Zugang verschafft. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Nachbarn waren nicht zu hören und die Lage ist ruhig (der Lärm der gegenüberliegenden Baustelle ab 7 Uhr lässt sich durch Schließen der Fenster abwehren). Die Treppen bis in den 3. Stock bieten Training (der vorhandene Aufzug scheint länger defekt zu sein).
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden die Wohnung beim nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder buchen.

Clean well-lit and nicely furnished apartment a short walk from downtown.
The lift didn’t work and we were on the 3rd (seemed like 4th) floor.

The room layout is well designed and suitable for a family of four; the facilities are complete; the location is convenient yet quiet.
The bathroom drain is almost completely blocked. When showering, one person has to finish and then wait a long time before the next person can use it. I understand that no one could come to fix it because of the Christmas holidays, but I believe this issue should be carefully checked every time during cleaning.
