About this apartment rental
Comfortable vacation apartment on the 1st floor of the vacation home Ambiente on the Elbe, located directly on the Elbe and Elbe cycle path with a view of the Elbe and the old town and good connections to the freeway, Dresden's old town and trade fair.
The cozy, modern furnished apartment with balcony to the garden consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen with fitted kitchenette and dining area and a bathroom with shower, tub, sink and toilet. From the living room and bedroom you have an unobstructed view to the Elbe, the Elbe meadows and the old town. (In the living room there is the possibility of an extra bed!).
The property includes a garden that our guests are welcome to use, with one parking space per apartment. Upon request prior to your arrival, we can arrange for you to charge your electric car using a wallbox. There is also a garden shed for storing your bicycles. Our guests are welcome to use the bicycles we provide, which are also stored there.
The house is located directly on the Elbe River and the Elbe Cycle Path.

The district Mickten is located in the northwest of Dresden. The house is located in a quiet residential area, about 3 km from the city center. The direct location on the Elbe and the Elbe cycle path as well as the fantastic and unobstructed view of the Elbe, the Elbe meadows and the old town should be emphasized. In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants, most of them with beer gardens. A special feature is the Ballhaus Watzke with its original historical ballroom and its inn brewery with beer garden. The nearest S-Bahn stop is about 150 meters away. In the Elbcenter, which is about 5 minutes walk away, and in the shopping center "Straßenbahnhof Mickten" you have all shopping possibilities (e.g. supermarket, baker, butcher, pharmacy).

Wohnung OG:
Leider hatte die Küche einen dauerhaft strengen Geruch (evtl. wurden da gebrauchte Windeln von zu pflegender Person gelagert, vielleicht ist es auch ein Abflussproblem). Da hatte man keine Lust mehr zu Kochen. Schade, denn die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und einen super Blick auf die Elbe.

Sehr schöne Wohnung,top Lage,Innenstadt schnell mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen,haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen. Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche.
