We had a fabulous few days , made even better by the care and hospitality of our host in their beautiful home.

A quiet and comfortable cottage room, adjacent to Cannock Chase for easy walking. Our host made us feel at home and looked after us wonderfully. A hearty breakfast each morning set us up for the day and the well-stocked tea/coffee bar with fresh milk was appreciated afterwards; as was the lovely deep bath after our walks. We will definitely return!

Perfect accommodation after a long wet walk

Lovely B&B. Elaine was so welcoming. We arrived after a long days walk, wet and tired, she lent us towels for drying our kit, fed us tea and cake and then let us settle in. We headed off to the local pub for food. Breakfast was excellent. Cooked breakfast after fruit and Greek yogurt. Could not fault the stay. Fabulous tea/coffee, brilliant facilities. Just perfect. Thank you Elaine.

Everything! This is a really excellent place to stay. Elaine is the perfect host. No issues with any of the facilities and the food was lovely. Lots of little extras that made all the difference. Totally recommend it

Lovely accommodation and host.

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed. The accommodation was exceptional with every attention to detail covered. The garden is beautiful with many established bushes and trees, our dog had the best time running around. Breakfast is fabulous with many choices including freshly cut fruit, full breakfast or something smaller if preferred. All in all a very pleasant stay. Can't wait to go back.

Had stayed at the Coach House the previous year. Elaine as before, was the most perfect host. Comfy bed with an excellent breakfast. Attention to detail is of the highest standard and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The landlady was so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Our stay couldn’t have been better.

This is the best B&B we have stayed in. Lovely grounds, the accommodation is spacious, the breakfast was hot and freshly cooked. There was a lovely atmosphere around the place. The bed was huge, Keith said we had to wave at each other, and it was so comfortable We would definitely recommend it

Fantastic place in delightful surroundings. Room In separate annex with every comfort you could possibly want. Host was absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Would definitely recommend and revisit

Fabulous property and host, won't hesitate to go back.

Elaine was the perfect host with lots of local information. The property was located off road with lovely country views. There was a good selection at breakfast and a fantastic full English freshly cooked. The accommodation was spacious and well equipped and access directly to a lovely big garden.

What an amazing place to stay!!

I do not have 1 bad word to say about it. It is such a beautiful place, everything was spotless and clean. Elaine is lovely, so kind, going through everything with us, making sure its ok. Making us breakfast - which was by far 1 of the best breakfasts ive ever had! So many choices! The bed was really comfy, the bath/shower was amazing (there is a shower on the wall i just didnt get it in my photos) Its so quiet and peaceful where the building is. We slept great. And we will be back again for sure!

Absolutely perfect B&B in a lovely quiet location with a fantastic host.

This was a gorgeous b&b in a lovely old cottage. The owner Elaine was absolutely wonderful, so welcoming and thoughtful. The room & all facilities are beautifully decorated and immaculately kept. Elaine’s attention to detail is second to none, we would love to stay again sometime.

If you are thinking of booking this just do it!! The room is lovely, spacious and quiet, spotlessly clean, the host is friendly and cant do enough, the breakfast is amazing, and the grounds are stunning, overlooking the gorgeous countryside.

Marvellous in every way!

Truly one of the best if not the best place I have ever stayed and I now in my fifth decade Elaine is a magnificent host. She has great local knowledge and is very kind and helpful. This is so much more than a place to stay. It is very pleasant experience with every detail attended to. For example, at breakfast ( which is marvellous) there is a cooler stand which can keep the milk and yoghurt cool. There is a variety of cooked breakfast options personally and marvellously prepared. There is an accommodation is a private annex with a great bath room. The setting is stunning with views across the wheat fields. A tranquil retreat and very conveniently located.

Exceptional stay

Elaine was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. Welcomed us with refreshments. She used our first names which we have rarely encountered. Our room was exceptional with all that we could wish for and a great view of the garden and open fields. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was exceptional and best we have ever had. A wonderful place to stay

A warm, friendly welcome and spotlessly clean private wing of the house. Had a great sleep in a very comfortable bed in a lovely room followed by a tasty, hearty breakfast. Would strongly recommend.

We were disappointed that the local deer herd didn't make an appearance outside our french window like they sometimes do 😁 (but we saw them over the road next later)

Wedding stay over

We had a super friendly welcome from the host, who explained where everything was upon our arrival. Our own entrance door, plenty of space, cleaned immaculately. We had a fabulous full English breakfast with lots of choices of cereals, yogurts & fruit etc served in the dining room. Fabulous views of Brocton across the fields. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Superb in every way

It was in a very pretty location . The house was light and airy and immaculately clean . The owner Elaine could not have been more welcoming . The bed was extremely comfortable- the bath towels large and fluffy and the linen gorgeous . It way surpassed our expectations . We couldn’t have wished for more and if we are ever in that area again I would book The Coach House without hesitation. The breakfast was delicious and served in a gorgeous dining room that we had to ourselves .
