Penthouse Marina

The location of the apartment was just great, Wonderful view from the terrace and only 15 mins walk into the Old Town or a short taxi ride to the shopping malls. Being on the 4th floor we weren't disturbed at night by the noise from the many bars and cafes on the promenade.

The apartment was a little 'tired' looking although that did not detract from our enjoyment of our stay. One little touch that would have been nice is the provision of some coffee or teabags and some milk. We took the train down from Lisbon to Faro then a taxi to the apartment. We were quite late in arriving and the Marina grocery store wasn't open so couldn't buy any basic provisions til the morning.

Great location,lovely outdoor space, decent bed, spacious, lovely views, fab Wi-Fi, private parking.

Bit tired in places, needs updating eg lounge floor damaged, lounge blinds need mending, main bedroom patio doors don’t open, and it would be nice if at least one of the bathrooms had a walk-in shower. Oh and the car park fob needed the attendant to let us through to the private parking which was never a problem but might be when it’s busier.

Der Gastgeber liess sich nie blicken. Information und Instruktion bei Einzug wäre hilfreich. Vorhandene Mängel müssten beseitigt werden: 1 Lampenschirm und Stöpsel in Spühle fehlten. Waschmaschine war schmutzig. Abläufe in Bad und WC waren undicht. Fuss von Fernseher defekt, müsste ersetzt werden. Ohne Protokoll bei Uebergabe ist Nutzung so problematisch.

Charmant penthouse avec vue sur la marina. A proximity de restaurants, bars, supermarches. Un plus pour la place de stationnement au sous sol. A 15 min à pied de la veille ville. Ascenseur. Piscine non teste mais installation pratique. Penthouse spacieux, belle terrasse amenagee, literie très confortables, double salle de Bain, cuisine bien equipee. Bon contact par messagerie avec nuno et consignes Claires. Dispo si besoin. Tout pour passer un agreable sejour

Juste de constater que nous ne savons pas descendre totalement à la marina via l ascenseur. On doit prendre une rampe d escaliers. Info a savoir en cas de mobility reduite.
