About this house rental
If you are looking for luxury and high spec for your next holiday then this 3 storey villa is the one for you. It has been totally renovated and modernized to an extremely high standard. It’s ideal for multiple families wishing to holiday together but having their own space. The lower floor has 2 large bedrooms(one large bed and one twin beds), contemporary shower room and small kitchenette/lounge. Ground floor has one bedroom and one contemporary stunning bathroom, and the 1st floor offers 2 bedrooms and one contemporary bathroom. The house has a fully fitted modern kitchen and relaxing modern lounge/diner. The villa has air conditioning throughout and benefits from WIFI. For those very hot days the villa offers IPTV (SKY TV) channels which includes sports, films and many more channels. The outside space has just been renovated to include an extended lounge area by the pool, a lovely bar, a new shower, outside lighting around the pool, plus many more features. New for 2025 - we have added a pool heater!! This has been a frequent request and was added in October 2025! There is a lovely covered seating area next to the fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy Al Fresco Dining from the BBQ. 3 bedrooms have a balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views of the marina houses or the partial sea view. In the summer months you can watch the beautiful sunset from these rooms. The villa is in a fantastic position in-between the Marina and The Old Town so perfect for those wishing to explore both. There is a supermarket and couple of bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away and the walk to the Marina and Old Town is only 10-12 minutes. The beautiful sandy Fisherman's Beach is just before you reach the Old Town where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars. The Marina has bars and restaurants and also offers day trips on boats including Dolphin watching, exploring stunning caves and many many more.

Communication was slow - questions were asked and responded to eventually sometimes after asking a second time, we had no check in details on arrival, we had to phone for the key safe code, the reply I had was keycode as stated in the arrival infomation - we didn't have any. We found the villa comfortable for the price we paid although the cleaning could have been better. No clear instructions for the safe.and no codes supplied, we figured this out ourselves.Caitlyn called to see how we were later in the day and to let her know if we had any issues. We found the pool had become cloudy by the end of the 3rd day and before we could discuss this with Caitlyn, the pool guys turned up the following morning, to clean and check levels, they found the pump was not working hence the murky water, they also filled the pool up as it was quite low, so the heating that we had paid for was pointless that day, so we went to the beach. As it was our last day, we didn't get to enjoy the clean pool.We were a party of 8 and there was only 6 sunbeds. Tiles are missing from in the pool and steps, and the pump covers are missing or broken, which is a safety concern. Little instruction on check out. We made our own judgement on this. Minibus turned up 30 mins late after I rang to see where it was - Roger apologised and messaged to check we had made our flight.Good holiday, villa is in a good location, a few upgrades needed in the pool area. Beds very comfortable and good facilities throughout.

The villa is modern, clean and spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all good sizes and I loved that downstairs we effectively had our own private area with kitchen.The pool is in need of attention and unfortunately lets down what is otherwise a great villa

The property is clean and spacious. We had a problem where the bathroom ceiling fell down, on arrival we were told it was safe.
We didnt expect to have to deal with builders and clean up after them on holiday. But we did have phone contact with the manager.
The villa is not child friendly because of the number of stairs. The ones to the downstairs apartment couldn't be used they were so steep and narrow.
There is one broken sun parasol, so no shelter at the pool.
We wouldn't recommend it for families with young children.
