Villa 14 Marina de Albufeira

The villa is really spacious with great outdoor space and a lovely pool. It was perfect for what we wanted as a group of nine, with mum chaperoning seventeen year old son and seven of his friends! The pool table and table tennis table kept them all amused for hours! The location of the villa is also fantastic. It’s a two minute walk round to the bars and restaurants on the marina, a thirty minute (and very lovely) walk to the old town, and an 8 Euro taxi to the Strip in the new town. The boys thought it was great! There is also a small supermarket about two minutes walk away and, if you fancy it, take away food deliveries are plentiful. All in all, a great stay at the perfect place!

Location was excellent. Facilities were fine for us. Cooking , fridge, kettle Toaster etc was great. Rooms were fine , bathrooms all clean . Games room was great and pool table was perfect for us

The place could do with an update. The chairs in the pool area need replacing as the backs look like they have bent in past so could be dangerous . There was loads of ants and a few nests that need sorting by pool although we never found anything in the villa. Lastly there was a smell in the kitchen that worsened during the week. We cleared the kitchen daily and kept it tidy. I'm glad I reported it so it could be sorted for next group using the property

Really easy. Message with number received prior to arrival. Communication was great, place was like the pictures. Location is perfect with restaurants on the marina near by and a 20 minute walk to old town.

Items a little dated but other than that nothing at all.
