It was accessible to town. We were simply there for a night passing through and it suited our needs. I liked that other travellers respected quiet times.

The lady was lovely, it was cheaper than the alternatives at the time of booking and had a decent kitchen
The water tastes like a rain tank, the mattress bases are old woven springs and this leads the beds to sag significantly (I’m a broad shouldered man, and my friend was very aware of the limited space in the bottom bunk)
