The place had everything I needed for a two night stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and in a seperate wing to the host. Only a 7min drive to the netball courts

the owner lady was really nice, good communication, easy to park, nice property and surroundings, many areas accessible in the house like a large lounge room and garden , sky tv, Netflix,
The bathroom could have a little update. Sound insulation with kitchen could be improved. The breakfast was a bit light for 2 persons.

Night light,Too dark, less lights,on carport,walking towards room need some lights
Shared kitchen,and low cost breakfast,hand packed cereal,half bottle milk,better all in original pack,better dont serve breakfast.
Room door normal lock towards shared kitchen,feel unsafe,
