Size and location of apartment. Decoration and breakfast service a big plus.
Showers did not drain well. Cleanliness could have been better (bath, shower, dining table)

the space was large and nicely appointed.
the elevator was out, so walking up the stairs for older guests and carrying luggage up was a problem. the owner was non responsive to this issue and would not address the elevator repair. future guests should be informed in advance that the elevator is not working. lobby and stairway carpet were very dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned in months.
