The Hotel was more than what we expected. When we arrived we were greeted by an enthusiastic host. Our Room was perfect and centrally located for easy walking around Bordeaux.

We liked everything about this hotel . The rooms, beds , & linens were excellent . It is off the main streets so is very quiet . The location was perfect for exploring the old city of Bordeaux. . The breakfast was delicious & generous . One of the best things about the hotel were the staff . Chloe , the main receptionist , was so kind & helpful . She gave us information about the town & restaurant recommendations . Would highly recommend this hotel .

the combination of such a nice venue together with a skilled and charming staff is rare. Chloe together with Juliette and Mathilda from her team were doing everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. i have experienced a lot of travel but this surpassed what i have seen. in a decent way they really cared what could make my stay an unforgettable one. rooms are large, have style, bed is super comfortable. delicious rooftop breakfast. massage in the spa was awesome. strongly recommended. thank you!

It was clean & good location
No lift a city break you do a lot of walking & then you have to climb 6 flights of stairs.
The top balcony was not set up & not really a place to have a drink no cushions (not like the photos)
