We loved everything. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the rooms are comfortable, tidy, and spotless, with a charming Spanish style and every possible convenience.
The staff is outstanding—warm, friendly, and always willing to help.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

Excellent hotel at great location. Pricey as all hotels are in Madrid, but relatively affordable.
Good but small room, with no view (internal shaft), which also meant it was quiet.
A missing coffee machine was arranged quickly.
