Lokalizacja fantastyczna. Stare miasto, niedaleko dworca, parku i portu. Sklep, restauracje na miejscu. Obsługa obiektu idealna. Czysto i przytulnie.

L’emplacement est un atout fort de cet hébergement. Il est situé à proximité de toute les lignes de BUS de La Spezia mais également très proche de la rue commerçante principale.
Il y avait une forte odeur de tabac dans l’appartement, odeur qui est resté présente même après avoir aérer et utiliser la climatisation plusieurs fois. Il y a un fer à repasser mais pas de table à repasser, dommage. La salle de bain est très mal agencée, avec une douche ridiculement petite avec un rideau.
