Swan View is an elegant one bedroom ground floor apartment located in a Victorian townhouse in the prestigious area of Low Harrogate, a few minutes walk away from Harrogate's town centre boutiques and restaurants, close to Valley Gardens, with their colourful floral displays and the cosmopolitan Montpellier Quarter.
Ideally located for anyone attending events at the Royal Hall or Conference centre, both a few minutes walk way.
The apartment has a spacious lounge that is well equipped with a large sofa, sofa bed, armchair and TV. There is a dining table with lovely views over to the famous Old Swan Hotel.
The bedroom has a king sized bed, dressing table and ample wardrobe and drawer space.
On street parking is available outside the property and parking permits are provided to guests free of charge.

Karen met us at the apartment. She was so gracious even though we were late getting there. She showed us around, gave us suggestions about Harrogate shopping etc. All the instructions for the various appliances were available which was good. I would stay here again.
