Great location, feels like a resort but right in the city center. The design and greenery are amazing. All the staff were helpful and attentive.
Breakfast was pretty average and felt chaotic compared to the atmosphere of the rest of the hotel. The bathroom in the room needed repair/updating (mildew/gross tile)

Another great stay at Baitong Hotel & Resort Phnom Penh, and once again everything was at a very high level. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very well maintained.
I would especially like to highlight the reception staff. They were extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Their warm and welcoming attitude really makes a difference and creates a very pleasant experience from the moment you arrive.
This was another excellent stay, and I will definitely be happy to come back again.
