    Excellent location and a pleasant stay overall. However, the experience could have been better if room service had been available. The rooms should also have a telephone to easily contact reception or the restaurant when needed. The food was exceptional

    The room was lovely and clean, with comfortable bed and hot shower. The water in the shower wouldn't drain when we arrived, but the staff fixed that promptly. There is a slightly strange smell of cooking (even on the 4th floor where we were) but it wasn't too unpleasant. The breakfast was exceptional - proper menu and dishes rather than a buffet - we tried both local and Western dishes which were all really good, as was the Khmer iced coffee. The rooftop pool is a nice place to relax on the hot afternoons. It is covered so no sunbathing, but that didn't bother us (it was really hot, plus we were there in the wet season so the cover was useful). Would definitely come back.

    Hands down the best place I’ve stayed in a long time! The entire guesthouse overflows with charm, comfort, and peaceful quiet. My room was beautifully appointed, the food was absolutely delicious, and the whole atmosphere was pure relaxation. On top of that, the staff were truly first-rate—exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout my entire stay. I can't recommend this lovely gem enough and will definitely be back!

    They allowed us to check in knowing there was no water. Went to the pool came back for a shower and no water. My husband went down to reception and they said they would sent someone to our room to check. Sat for 40 mins in bathrobe, then I went down to reception in my soaking bathrobe to ask what was happening. Was told to change room but next room had no water too. They then took me to a ladies room (the owner?)& told me I could have a cold shower there. I said no, I wanted my own room with water. The lady in this room said it was a government problem despite being told by reception that there was a problem with the pump. So one of them was lying. They knew full well that there was NO WATER when we checked in. They then proceeded to check us into a 3rd room. Next morning no water here too. Disaster as we were flying to Europe. Breakfast is extremely poor too. We had a cooked omelette cooked in old disgusting oil and weak coffee. You can only choose one item. Never again, especially because of their dishonesty. I do NOT recommend.
