    Great breakfast. The pool needs a bit more cleaning and a little renovation. The rooms are a bit worn. The balconies arent as you would expect, they are not really for lounging. Some rooms have a bit of a stagnant water smell. The bathroom door couldn't close without an extra lock, and the shower door wouldn't close either. Small maintenance fixes should be done. We stayed here twice and the first time we received a welcome towel and drink, as well as assistance to our room. The second time we stayed we received none of this, it's a bit strange. If you want room service or poolside service you have to go all the way downstairs to order. Would be nice to arrange this via telegram or something. The restaurant is great and has good khmer food options with no chilis for our kid to enjoy meals as well. All in all, I'd say its good for a 3 star hotel, and since we got a good price I'd give it a solid 4/5 rating since the sleep was comfortable, the location was great, the food was delicious, and the pool is saltwater.

    It's a very "Instagramable" boutique hotel in the heart of the city . Areas to improve: I don't know their reason for not putting the amenities like toothbrush or comb where you can use it immediately when needed, You have to go down to the reception and ask for it. ONLY hotel in Cambodia who does it. TV is not working .

    They allowed us to check in knowing there was no water. Went to the pool came back for a shower and no water. My husband went down to reception and they said they would sent someone to our room to check. Sat for 40 mins in bathrobe, then I went down to reception in my soaking bathrobe to ask what was happening. Was told to change room but next room had no water too. They then took me to a ladies room (the owner?)& told me I could have a cold shower there. I said no, I wanted my own room with water. The lady in this room said it was a government problem despite being told by reception that there was a problem with the pump. So one of them was lying. They knew full well that there was NO WATER when we checked in. They then proceeded to check us into a 3rd room. Next morning no water here too. Disaster as we were flying to Europe. Breakfast is extremely poor too. We had a cooked omelette cooked in old disgusting oil and weak coffee. You can only choose one item. Never again, especially because of their dishonesty. I do NOT recommend.
