Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa - Adults Only - All Inclusive

El detalle de de subir la categoria de nuestra habitación de club Ocean view a club swimming up , sin cargo extra al hacer el Check in, nos encanto.. nuestro Conserge Enrique cuidó cada detalle de nuestra estadia, David el bartender del preferred bar, fue exceptional, amable y muy servicial… ojala y todos lo imitaran.

El staff de meseros del seaside grill son PESIMISMOS, yo soy Dominicana y mi CD es prometido es Britanico, pero lucia a simple vista como Dominicano, al inicio se sentía la discriminación, la hostess nos quiso poner en una mesa muy linda y cómoda y Alexander vestido de negro y el grupo de meseros con el le dijeron a la chica que nos pusiera en otra mesa más oculta y cerca del área de servicio, haciendo comentarios discriminatorios a la vez, aun a sabiendas de que yo entendería todo…sin siquiera conocernos, asumiendo que no dejaríamos propina…luego de que se dieron cuenta que mi pareja hablaba en inglés y mi desagrado trataron de arreglar la situación, lo mismo pasó en el Coco café y en el bar del lobby… es una pena que un Dominicano para ellos no valga Nada !!!!!! Yo soy MÉDICO y ejerzo en el extranjero y Mi PROMETIDO es ARTISTA… ustedes no saben quién es quién para tratarlos de esa manera y aunque no fuéramos importantes, cada persona que hace su esfuerzo para pagar una estadía en hotel debe ser tratado igual a los demás y con dignidad….. seguimos retrocediendo cuando un país que se sustenta del turismo… se da el lujo de tener personas así en un Hotel tan caro….. y que presume altos estándares de calidad…

The view was STUNNING! The people were next level especially the entertainment staff such as Rihanna, Diamond, Mari, Johnnie & other staff such as Steven & Luis. The concierge, Luis, was so helpful and communicated with us about each day’s activities & more! SO MUCH to do on site at Secrets Cap Cana, it made it more enjoyable!! Food was always great! Specifically, the chicken quesadillas & fish tacos from Seaside Grill. We also enjoyed the French, Mexican, & Seafood dining experiences as well! Each had wonderful service. The pool was very well kept & hardly super crowded! The solution master, as he calls himself, was helpful in chair finding & other assistive needs while poolside! The room was super clean & staff was on top of requests for cleaning as well as for room service! Spa experience was 10/10! Very relaxing and enjoyable on vacation! The staff from spa were very kind!

The seaweed was disappointing but you could tell they were doing their best to manage it!

Second time here staff is exceptional,grounds are beautifully maintained

The proper is beautiful, clean and nice. Carlos was our waiter at Seaside Grill for lunch and dinner. He completely was incredible. Probably one of the best experiences with sitting at his table for those two meals. Rosa was the hostess at the Seaside Grill and also the marketplace buffet and also hostess for breakfast at Oceana. She was fantastic. Those are the only two staff that I remember in my name because it was the only two that we’re actually chatty in suite.

Wish I was told about that ongoing construction directly next to the pool prior to arrival This is our third visit returning and it was the most disappointing the welcoming field. The customer service is why we return to the resort the beach is very unappealing but again we come for the customer service hard to find pool chairs. People were leaving stuff as early as 6:30 in the morning at the chairs. There would be hours that the chairs were left unattended with stuff on them to wear. Multiple people were unable to find a location and forced to use the beach. The beach situation is not anyone’s control but again not very usable due to the smell. The food was good at two of the restaurants. I will have to say the buffets eggs look like soup and our staff around the pool were not very friendly or attentive. We paid extra for the preferred stay there were times where we would go to the preferred breakfast and were told that we arrived too early even though it was stated on the app that they open at seven we were asked to come back at 7:20 and 730 dinner was always great with the reservations however again sometimes the service was lacking felt like the employees were just not as friendly as in prior visit.
