Zoetry Agua Punta Cana - All Inclusive

We had a magnificent stay at Zoetry Punta Cana. The property is very beautifully designed and well maintained, staff are busy day and night taking care of the grounds. Our ocean front room was exceptional and had all needed amenities. There are several restaurants that are never too crowded, with great food on rotating menues and obviously room service. We loved the friendly lunch buffet by the pool and the daily drink choices that also included non-alcoholic options. Ultimately the best part of our trip was the exceptional staff at Zoetry: Wilca, Gabriel, Charlie and Pedro at the pool bar, Wendy at front desk, Martiza at the Coco cafe, Joel in the lobby bar, Jahaira and Olivia in spa and Dio our wonderful concierge. The wait staff in all the restaurants were wonderful, too many names to mention!

We spent a lot of time at the Caicu pool bar, would be great of they change the music every few days! In addition, the staff did a great job maintaining a peaceful spa atmosphere, however unfortunately some of the guests spoke very loudly in the water therapy area, treating it like a party hot tub rather than a place to relax. Would be great if the property can add a sign to encourage respectful quiet by all guests.

I think overall it was a decent experience. I think it was overpriced, especially for it to be on discount. I think it was still overpriced. I guess if it’s raining the farther you go up north, the more that it actually rains. They overcharge you for Taxi, so make sure you book in advance a taxi. And they try to overtax me leaving and then try to take the long way so they could over tax me.

The seaweed out in the front, they overcharged for everything, they charge $30 just for mosquito spray which is super outrageous. Some of the main staff wasn’t as welcoming. It’s just kind of like they needed a job. They didn’t have like a pleasant personality I don’t like the fact that they try to tell me what to wear, of course kids are there so. Personally, I only stayed for one day and I wish I didn’t even stay there. I stayed at another resort after and I fell in love with that one and it was $400 cheaper
