the hotel is nice, the coffee station was very good, the staff was amazing, the restaurant was excellent i love the French Restaurant, the Busher restaurant the show and the food was amazing
The pool hours by 7:00 pm the pool is closed should be open until later in summer time with the daylight been longer hours all the pools and the bars close at 7:00 PM. The pool bars start picking up around 6:30 pm so if you want a drink they tell you they are about to close and they do not serve any more drinks it should be open at least until 8:00 pm in summer with the daylight been longer. Also when you arrived, they offer you the Beach Club VIP for me it was not worth it because with this offer which you have to pay $300.00 they offer you the premium beverage package with is not worth it be inform before you buy this Beach Club VIP it is not worth it. The wine selection should be better more quality wines in restaurants event when you pay the Beach Club VIP the wine selection is not the best quality and no variety

Staff at beach was on the ball and very helpful
Food was pretty good for all inclusive better than most
Pools were cold.
Hot tubs were cold and dirty
Ocean had a lot of glass and was dirty
Wait times for a seat at a restaurant were ridiculously long
Wait times at bars were super long
