Quiet, clean, nice view. We requested for an early check in. Our host tried to accommodate us the earliest, as much as possible. Good recommendations from the host. We liked every bit of it.

A lot of stairs to go to the property as it is close to the castle. So not friendly to very old people.

amazing private terrace, lovely spot for breakfast daily. room was spotless. very quiet part of town with good sound and lightproof shutters. good shower. great communication from owner. powerful AC.

it’s located up a hill, so if you have luggage, brace yourself(ie you’re at the base of the forts walking trail). also the bed is a sofa bed so it makes some squeaks, we had earplugs so we slept great but just a heads up. kitchen lacked coffee, olive oil, salt. but there’s a market in town so wasn’t a big issue for us.

Friendly host, helpful and gave us beach towels to have during our stay. The studio is in a quiet neighborhood with a partial view over the city.

Since there was a kitchen, we would have appreciated if there were basics such as oil, salt and pepper and some coffee available. We felt a bit discouraged to use the kitchen and cook since the basics were missing.

Superb

Ivanka was waiting for us when we left the ferry and took us (and our luggage) via an easier way to the property. We were lucky to get an upgrade to the bigger studio with the large balcony. Ivanka gave us several recommendations and was easily reachable via whatsapp. The studio itself was clean and has a double sofa bed. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing location!

If you are looking for a QUIET and VERY WELL located place to stay, I would really recommend Ivanka’s place. Its in the old town and a feel steps from the port. The place is quiet and had everything we needed during our 4 nights in Hvar. Ivanka also recommended loads of good places to go and made out trip very enjoyable. thank you for everything!

Perfect host, great location!

The host (Ivanka) is excellent - providing us with lots of information and tips on what to do in Hvar. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean with a lovely terrace and full kitchen facilities. The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes walk from the main square.

I have a bad back so the (sofa) bed wasn't great for me but it was fine for a short stay.

Couch bed definetly need to be remowed from apartment and replaced with real bed. It was uncomfortable to sleep on it, even with mat over it. And please provide separate towel for hand in the future.

I've stayed on the first floor of the apartment, which is a studio with a spacious terrace. I had booked spontaneously and about 10 minutes after booking, the host arrived with the keys to the apartment. She was very helpful and gave some local insights to the town and the island. The place was clean and there were some cold drinks in the fridge. Overall great overnight if you're planning to stay for a couple of days.

Highly recommend, great location, great facilities, very friendly hosts

Great location, far enough out of the way to be very peaceful at night and yet close enough to the centre that anything is maximum of 10-15 minute walk away. This is a perfect spot to stay. The facilities are great for a short stay, there is a small wardrobe where you can hang your towels to air, you have a kitchen to cook in if you like or make tea/coffee and the bathroom is nice and spacious. Great hosts who will help you and give you recommendations if you need them, we liked it so much we extended our stay. The bed was very comfortable and there is also exterior & interior windows meaning it was almost sound proof at night which is great for sleeping. The apartment is up a hill.. but then all of Hvar is up hills so I wouldn't let that put you off staying here at all.
