Excellent Location - City Centre - Parking - 4 Beds -2 Bedrooms

Location. A small supermarket was close by. 10 minute walk to Grand Central station. Less to Botanic station, That everything worked. Kitchen was pretty well-equipped so we could organise breakfasts and simple evening meals. On second floor so we had a little view

Some of us found the shower too hot. The proprietors did respond (which we appreciated) but I'm not sure whether it changed. Two flights of stairs, one outside without handrail. Neither issue caused us any great difficulty. The listing title was not informative. 'Belfast' in the name would help

Every thing was good

Great living space and kitchen.

Lots of stairs so very awkward getting our luggage in and out. And no room in the main bedroom for the suitcase. Shower also temperamental and didn’t work on two occasions so had to contact the owner to discuss.

The livingroom was a good sized space, and the kitchen was fine. We appreciated there was an allocated parking space.

The overall decor and flooring throughout the property was rundown (and ripped in areas), the stairs up to the property are steep and with no handrail, which was difficult on general mobility and with carrying cases and bags. The stair gate at the top of the indoor stairs had come away from the wall, but was the only thing stopping you from falling down the stairs, so this wasn’t ideal - I did message about this, although it wasn’t a big issue as we knew to be careful. They mentioned in the info there would be plenty towels - we each had a bath towel, however the hand towel in the bathroom was not a proper towel (was more of a microfibre tea towel) and there was only that one for the whole stay, and likewise with the kitchen there was one tea towel. Had we known this, we would have brought extra.
