Lovely cosy apartment in superb location

The apartment was in a great location and was lovely and warm. We were able to walk everywhere from there. It had everything we needed, and having a parking spot was excellent. The remote barrier was brilliant. It was incredibly quiet despite being in the centre of town and in a busy development. Having netflix, etc, was also a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with all crockery and utensils. Tony was a good communicator, and entry and exit was very easy.

The bathroom was a bit tired, possibly because there is no extractor fan. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as we could feel the bed frame under the cushions. The bed although very comfortable was rather low. The bedroom decor was also a bit tired.

Perfect, comfortable place to stay in Belfast.

The location of the property couldn't have been better, Easy access to city centre and attractions as well as pubs and restaurants while still very quiet. Tesco Local is literally 2 minutes walk and so are good breakfast places.

The steps up to the flat are quite steep so might not suit somebody with mobility issues

The appartement is truly a little gem in the heart of Belfast. What a lovely place. The gate before the stairs was really good for the kids 'safety. The appartement is really modern and well equipped. The location was perfect, central but still away from the noise. Special thanks to our guest Tony who was just amazing. Thanks for your kindness and support during our holidays. Instructions to access the property and the parking place were very clear. I highly recommend a stay there , it's perfect for couples getaway or family stay!

Five fabulous days in Belfast!

This is a very well-equipped, clean and cosy apartment in a great location. After arriving at Belfast International Airport, we took the flyer bus to Grand Central Station and from there it was a 10-15-minute walk. The apartment is also within easy reach of downtown (also ca.15 mins) and is surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. Although we didn't actually meet our host, Tony, he was in contact before, during and at the end of our stay and gave us lots of useful tips and information. Belfast is a fabulous city and we were bowled over by the friendliness of the people there!

Belfast is my home town so I was back for a visit. I wanted to chose somewhere in the centre of the city. The apartment fitted the bill perfectly. Brilliant apartment, great hosts and close to all the amendities.

Great location. Just a few minutes walk from the centre. A Tesco right on your doorstep to get provisions for the flat. Living room so comfortable - felt like home from home. Kitchen supplied with everything you could possibly need. Really can’t fault it at all. A huge shout out to the host, Tony. What wonderful support from start to finish and was always on hand during the stay.

I didn’t find it a problem at all but a heads up for anyone with mobility issues. There’s an external and an internal flight of stairs to reach the apartment.

Excellent accommodations!

It was in a great location - we could access everything by walking. The apartment was lovely and homey. There were outlets and USB ports readily accessible and the beds were very comfortable. Tony was always available and responded to messages quickly.

Kerb appeal for cul de sac was poor. Parking space was covered in broken glass. Kitchen and bathroom need upgrading. Wooden flooring in bathroom warped with dampness and shower curtain should be replaced by a screen. Fridge needed a freshen up.

Property had all the facilities we required, the only issue was shower pressure was extremely poor however we managed to get around this by using the bath taps, which provided enough pressure for shower head. Strongly suggest shower mixer tap is checked for restrictions etc.

It is probably the best equipped holiday rental we have ever been in. The position is excellent with a 10 minute walk to City Hall. Wifi very good.

Clean comfortable flat with everything you could ever need thought of. Beds were lovely and the kitchen really well equipped. It was bright, quiet and nicely furnished. The location was amazing, a few minutes walk could take you everywhere you would need to go, including the Botanic train station. There are loads of restaurants and bars nearby and some supermarkets - including a middle Eastern one very close.

Beautiful light filled comfortable apartment. Had all the amenities one would want. Friendly and super helpful hosts. Great location half way between city centre and botanical gardens. Allocated safe parking space. Loved our stay here and would be very happy to recommend this place as a base in Belfast to anyone. Thank you to the hosts.

Very good

The location is amazing, it's close to the city center and Botanic Gardens with Ulster Museum (on the other side). The apartment is quickly reachable from the bus station, and very easy to spot. It's very spacious and has a lot of facilities (tv, hairdryer, iron etc etc...). Kitchen is fully equipped, there was really nothing missing. If you want to cook instead of eat out, it's fine! They have Netflix, so you can chill on a couch and watch films in the evening with a nice Irish cider. :) They also have books and games which is super nice! If you forgot a toothbrush or paste, they also got you! The owner was super helpful, I have never experienced something like that, he replied within 2 minutes. All in all very positive.

I was a bit disappointed with level of cleanliness in the bathroom (other rooms were ok). The shower head had hair on it and I spotted some spider webs. The shower also didn't work very well, warm water pressure was quite bad, but it was possible to take a shower. Beds are very soft, too soft for my taste. It was impossible to sleep with two in one bed, because you could feel every move of the other person, however, it's a personal preference I guess. (I just prefer harder mattresses). The bed in the small room also squeaks, so first night was a bit difficult, then I got used to. Apartment is a bit dark, which is a shame, but we didn't spend too much time inside, so it wasn't a big deal for us.
