3 Bedroom Condo Steps from the beach with an Ocean View. Newly redone and updated. New porch and stairs. New carpeting throughout and new living room furniture.
Make yourself at home in our beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom Condo. The Condo is located on 88th street, and is just a few steps from the beach, with ocean views from our large balcony.
You will find the house in great condition, with recently updated Kitchen & Bathrooms. And we work hard to make sure we have all of the amenities that you will need including: Plates, Utensils, Kitchen Appliances. The living room has a large HDTV as well as free WIFI access.
Our condo offers 2 covered parking spaces and a storage unit that is filled with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Within walking distance of many restaurants, convenience stores, and a full grocery store.
We don't rent to high school seniors. Someone 25 or older is required to stay.

Nice condo in a great location. Easy check in. Could use new appliances and beds. Good communication with host when needed.

Owner was great to work with. Linen service was an unexpected bonus. The condo needs a deep clean , it doesn’t look like it has been done in the off season. It needs a refresh of kitchen plates, equipment, etc. The cleaning service did not do a complete job.
