The Sea Terrace is a uniquely designed, oceanfront building right in the heart of midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include a heated beachfront swimming pool, a sundeck, deck tennis, and direct access to the golden sand beach out back. Coastal Highway - the main thoroughfare that runs north to south through Ocean City and is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, nightlife, shops, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment - is less than a block west. Northside Park is two miles north while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk awaits just over four miles south. The air-conditioned interior is bright and inviting, with an open layout that comes perfectly suited for family gatherings. The kitchen is well-appointed for all your meal and snack needs. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A $10.00 per night cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at Sea Terrace. This covers parking for one vehicle. Please ensure any necessary permit is displayed at all times.

I loved the location and the open layout of our place. It just wasn’t cleaned very well. At first sight it looked clean but after spending a little time there there were things that just weren’t cleaned very well. But overall we enjoyed our time there.

The location is great and the property was clean. The view from the balcony is perfect and there are tons of restaurants and stores nearby. Everyone had room to spread out and we had a great time.
