The Space:
The beach and the ocean are a mere elevator ride away from Sea Terrace 808, an oceanfront condo with a private balcony, lovely views, and access to a wonderful heated swimming pool downstairs. Return home from a day spent on the sand to enjoy central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer to make your swimsuits and beach towels feel like new again. There's a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a comfortable living room with a flatscreen TV, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean where you can begin and end each day. The Sea Terrace is a uniquely designed, oceanfront building in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include a heated beachfront swimming pool, a sundeck, deck tennis, and direct access to the golden sand beach out back. Coastal Highway - the main thoroughfare that runs north to south through Ocean City and is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, nightlife, shops, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment - is less than a block west. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is two miles north while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk awaits just over four miles south. THINGS TO KNOW Sea Terrace is a non-smoking property, including in all common areas, the parking lot, the pool and sundeck, and all balconies A $10.00 per night cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at Sea Terrace. This covers parking for one vehicle. Please ensure any necessary permit is displayed at all times. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The unit we stayed in was comfortable but when booking I did not realize we would have to pay VRBO and VACASA fees. We were told that we could pay for additional parking, which was not the case. Apparently there are serious structural issues with the pool deck so the parking below it is at this time unavailable. Communication with Vacasa was poor, we called to report the AC was not working and instructed to turn the unit off for a few hours. We were told if that did not work they would send someone out the next day. The following day we had not heard back from anyone so my husband called them again and was told they had no record of our calls. I will rent from VRBO again but am disappointed Coldwell Banker (who we used for years) sold out to Vacasa.
