Renovated in 2023, pure bliss awaits on the spacious 30-foot balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and bask in the breathtaking water views - stunning sunrises are ensured! Discover a welcoming living area with cozy sofas throughout, colorful decor, and a smart TV (one of three) with streaming services to keep you entertained during your stay - this is the perfect place to unwind after a refreshing splash in the heated community pool. When mealtime comes, surprise everyone with exquisite homemade meals thanks to the well-appointed kitchen. Additional perks include a community outdoor shower, a private washer/dryer, a Pack-N-Play, a high chair, and central air conditioning. This fantastic home away from home enjoys an unbeatable location steps from the beach and near restaurants, supermarkets, and must-visit attractions, including Northside Park, Old Pro Golf, Embers Island Mini Golf, Fenwick Island State Park, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Trimper Rides of Ocean City, Paradise Watersports, and Freeman Arts Pavilion all within eight miles. Not to mention you'll be within walking distance of many popular local restaurants and tasting rooms. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This condo includes gym access. Three elevators are located in the building. A griddle, Instapot, food processor, Keurig, coffee makers, waffle iron, crockpot, full-sized blender, two ice makers, hand mixer, and hairdryers are available for guest use. The heated pool is open from May 28th through September 28th. There is easy beach access along with a public wheelchair available on 89th Street. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. A $10.00 per night cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at Sea Terrace. This covers parking for one vehicle. Please ensure any necessary permit is displayed at all times.

Very clean and had all the basics. A few busted towel racks and screened sliders did not work. Fans would have been nice— we are not big A/c fans

We just got back from our trip. Property is just as pictured! Balcony looks right at the beach! Condo is fully stocked. We had enough supplies for the 5 days we were there. Beds were comfy. Condo stayed nice and cool.It was very clean and loved that we could do laundry! Dont overflow the washing machine or you might have a little issue but it was easily fixed.Lots of places to eat even within walking distance. Our favorite place we went to was the Crab Bag. It is not really within walking distance though. So many ice cream shops too! I think we got ice cream 3 or 4 times! The beach was very nice and only crowded on the 4th and 5th. The pool was super nice as an alternative to the ocean. The waves were quite big and our 3 yr old granddaughter loved the pool! She provided entertainment to many people and she always made a friend. There was an incident in the pool with some foul mouthed teens/early 20s and they almost got kicked out. They might have but we ended up leaving and going back in the condo then.I am a photographer and i got some nice golden hour beach pics of my daughter and her boyfriend for their senior photos. And we also went to Northside Park which is onky a short drive. Its on the bay side and you can see amazing sunsets there! I took some photos of them there as well.Overall, we had a great time and would consider going back there again but maybe not during the week ofnthe 4th.

This condo is in a great location and you cannot beat the view! My family stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and everyone enjoyed the condo. It has beach toys as well as plenty of family games for inside fun. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner and she was lovely and so accommodating. We will definitely be back!
