Fantastic- authentic Italian village in beautiful apartment. Hosts are lovely and very helpful.

One hard part was stairs - would advise to pack light! Good exercise though!

Host wished me to die

So arrival was on the 13th of March, a day before arrival that the "red zone" was announced from 15th, so I had to go back on Sunday in order to avoid any potential issues with law enforcement and fines. When asked about the refund options host then told that I could go also immediately and he is not considering the refund. After going back and forward he said that he will do a great favor and refund a night from Monday to Tuesday. He was stressing the fact that he will need to pay for cleaning etc, so ok that was the agreement. Would like to firstly stress that cleaning was not taken as seriously as he stated as in the fridge there were diary products that expired 6 months ago already, and I had full blown allergy attack there. I am not allergic person in general and have not suffered anything like this not in any other places were I stayed before and after this stay. So I sent on 16 April a reminder via sms with booking nr simply asking when should I expect the refund. After silence for 4 days I have made a review stressing some housekeeping issues and hosts' avoidance and rudeness. Then he reacted of course, we had a call and he started to blackmail me that he would issue a refund only if I change a review and "put a honest" one. When I stressed that I actually for real had an allergy issues that indicates that indeed the review is honest already he started to argue back to me saying I was laying (???) then he initiated that partial refund and started to write me, when I answered that ok I can modify review only partially as I am simply sharing my experience he WISHED ME DEAD, see screenshots. I mean, i worked in tourism and traveled for significant part of my life but it is the first time i see so unfriendly, accusative and unstable host. Vacanza in famiglia

Appartamento molto carino e pulito, vista lago. Completo di tutto.

Lo so che non si fa negli appartamenti ma sarebbe stupendo se per soggiorni superiori ad una notte fosse prevista la possibilità di avere un cambio asciugamani almeno ogni tre giorni. Sarebbe un servizio aggiuntivo molto gradito sopratutto quando si viaggia con bambini.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, nonostante un problema all' arrivo l'host ha risolto con precisione e professionalità, l'appartamento è molto bello e fornito di tutto il necessario. Bellissimo soggiorno.

Posizione ottima. Colazione con cornetti appena sfornati acquistati dal fornaio sotto casa.

Viaggio tra natura e arte

Buona posizione con bella vista sul lago di Bolsena. Parcheggio in strada ma sempre libero. Gestore dell'appartamento molto gentile. Appartamento ben tenuto e quasi nuovo. Città da scoprire tutte vicine....Montefiascone, Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Pitigliano, Bolsena, e poi il lago ha il suo fascino specialmente al tramonto

Niente da segnalare...forse per una persona un pò in su con l'età ci sono tanti scalini per arrivare al piano ma per chi non ha problemi di deambulazione è perfetto.

Capodimonte, un bell'angolo di Tuscia intorno al Lago di Bolsena.

La posizione fronte lago di Bolsena, la vista del salone della casa affaccia sul lago e sul relativo porto, La tranquillità del posto, la possibilità di farsi delle camminate lungo il lago (circa 1,5 Km), Il centro storico raggiungibile a piedi, l'affabilità della gente/negozianti a scambiare due parole.

La casa si trova al terzo piano di uno stabile senza ascensore.
