Nice apartment. Not for elderly people.

The flat is nice and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice stay.

In the description there is no clear indication ( at least in the English version) about the quite deep staircase that you need to gramp to get to apartment. That was a bad surprise for my old father.

this property is outstanding. The view the apartment the cleansiness is over and beyond expectations. The apartment is very comfortable. Comfortable beds and the owner was super nice. a must see because of the location and the view you get from your Teracce. thank you Francesca! we will definitely be back. If I had to rate this property, on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 15. if you’re young and able to do some stairs this is the place to stay. If you are a little bit older, there’s a few steps to take.

Wonderful weekend away!

What a magnificent weekend away! Absolutely stunning location with such amazing views of Lake Bolsena from our bedroom balcony. We made the best spaghetti carbonara in the very well equipped kitchen and had it on one of the balconies looking at the lake! Everything was immaculate and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel like we were home away from home! Thank you Francesca and Patrizio we will definitely be back!!

L'appartamento molto pulito, ben attrezzato, il personale gentile e disponibile. Gode di una bella vista sul lago di Bolsena. La zona tranquilla. E stato una bella esperienza.

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno di diversi giorni.

Sebbene l'alloggio sia a circa duecentocinquanta metri dal bagnasciuga, la camera da letto offre un bellissimo affaccio sul lago, con alba quasi sullo specchio d'acqua. Appartamento funzionale e pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort.

Per fortuna non ho ancora problemi di deambulazione, ma ritengo che sarebbe giusto segnalare sul sito che l'appartamento è posto al terzo piano rispetto al livello strada, senza ascensore.

Buona soluzione a Marta

Ambiente grande e confortevole con due camere da letto spaziose!Pulito!vista e vicinanza al lago!A pochi minuti di macchina si arriva sulla comodissima spiaggia di Capodimonte!Veramente una buona soluzione! Parcheggio libero sulla strada!

I lavori di ristrutturazione del vicino al mattino presto!(Ma finiranno😜)

Tutto bello il paese piccolo mah stupendo, gentilezza e cordialità. Peccato per il vento comunque siamo Stati bene lo stesso. Torneremo.
