Excellent stay and great value for money

The villa is truly beautiful and peaceful, with a stunning view over the lake - way better than in photos. We had a great stay with our young children and mother in law. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The quintuple room is spacious and leaves privacy thanks to two separate rooms. Our hosts were extremely hospitable. We’d love to go back anytime!

Lovely stay

I really enjoyed my stay. The house is beautiful, with a big yard, hammock, sports, and a nice playground for children. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. From the balcony there is a lovely view of the lake. The location is also great – just a 15-minute walk to a beautiful lake. The staff was very friendly, and even though I don’t speak Italian, we managed to communicate well. The breakfast was delicious – I have never eaten better figs in my life. I truly recommend this place.

Great location for a short stopover.

Lovely location close to the lake and Marta / Capodimonte and set in a wonderful garden, with very nice and friendly hosts.

Family room has spacious balcony but the room is sparsely furnished and quite basic.

Excellent view and a very beautiful garden. Secluded.

The access road is extremely bad. No Air Conditioning (maybe it is not needed most of the year, but for summer at least a mesh to leave the windows/doors open overnight would be useful). Bed and mattress not really comfortable. Breakfast is a short selection of prepackaged items and coffee.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon war Traumhaft schön. Am Abend konnten wir Sterne vom Balkon beobachten Francesco hat 2x für uns gegrillt und es war vorzüglich Es waren immer frische Handtücher da Frühstück war typisch Italienisch aber man konnte ein leckeres Ei bestellen. Alles war perfekt für uns

Am Abend wenn man auf der Terrasse gesessen ist. Wäre es schön gewesen wenn das Licht von innen drinnen nicht so grell gewesen wäre. Dann wäre es romantischer gewesen. Mit zwei elektronischen Kerzen links und rechts auf den Tische, wäre die Stimmung perfekt gewesen

Soggiorno molto piacevole proprietari accoglienti e disponibili a soddisfare ogni esigenza.🥰 Marta... posizione strategica per visitare ogni angolo della Tuscia. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le terme del Bagnaccio, per così dire "dietro l'angolo di casa" un momento di relax dopo le fatiche esplorative della gionata!😅 È stata una settimana molto molto piacevole!😍

La vista bellissima, il bagno enorme, la gentilezza e la bontà della colazione. È un luogo di pace.

La posizione molto comoda con vista sul lago, l’accesso alla struttura molto bello, sembra di arrivare ad una villa con bel viale ombreggiato e fiorito. La stanza comoda, il bagno davvero grande con due lavandini. Il balcone con vista lago.

Ottimo lo consiglio

Struttura a 3minuti dal lungo lago, accogliente, tramonto fantastico visto dal balcone delle stanze, bagno molto spazioso per essere usato da più persone contemporaneamente! Staff disponibile e pronto a risolvere ogni problema, io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati benissimo, lo consiglio.

Vacanza da ripetere

Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una quadrupla in quanto eravamo io mio marito e le mie due figlie. La camera molto grande con un grande terrazzo con la vista sul lago di bolsena. Colazione molto buona con torte fatte in casa. La proprietaria molto carina e gentile insieme ai suoi genitori molto disponibili.
