A hidden gem in Marta.

This was a truly amazing place to stay; very modern and superbly equipped with everything you could want. It is simply extraordinary for the price and Marta is well worth a visit. We will be back hopefully and stay longer. Off street car parking is included and there is a Nespresso machine and access to Netflix as well.

Cozy flat

The apartment is like the picture and even more. It smells delicious. Thank you, Stefano, for being flexible with the check-in. It is calm, clean and comfortable. The wifi and hot water work well. There is a possibility to use the washing machine. We like having our breakfast in the Cafe Del Tourista. The apartment is within walking distance of the lake, cafe, and restaurants.

Exceptional

Excellent apartment. Great location, 5 minutes from the lake. Very quiet but central; neighborhood: restaurants, pastry shops, bakeries. The room is excellent; king size bed, comfortable, and you have a sofa in the kitchen as well. Huge fridge, electrical outlets everywhere; hairdryer. Nothing is missing. Washing machine and dishwasher; electric stove, careful decoration; new apartment. Excellent soundproofing. Total blackout with windows that close 100%. The shower is great. LED lights; kitchen with 1 table, chairs, Big wardrobe in the room. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Parking very private and safe; you can see the car from the main window. Breakfast is served at bar nearby. It opens before 7 am, which is convenient for those who like to get up early. Everything is very clean, organized, extreme cleanliness. Good WIFI, because it is a fiber optics connection. It has 2 TV with numerous channels. The decoration is very elegant and brand new.

Very nice apartment. Everything is brand new. A lot of thoughts into the little details of the furniture and decoration. The host is very nice as well.

The breakfast is a bit misleading; it's a coffee and a pastry in a bar next to the apartment. Nonetheless, it was a great stay.

Base ideale per godersi il lago di Bolsena!

L’appartamento era perfetto. Adatto per una coppia. Molto accogliente,ordinato e confortevole. Buona biancheria e letto comodo.

Niente. Era tutto ok! Forse forse se proprio si vuole trovare il pelo nell’uovo, oltre a offrire le capsule per il caffè, aggiungerei qualche busta di te o tisane.

L’appartamento è bello e arredato con gusto.

La colazione assolutamente insufficiente. Nei due bar “ in convenzione” personale indisponente. Caffè o cappuccino e pasta, per aver voluto in alternativa alla pasta un tramezzino pagato 1 euro e 40 di differenza! Colazione imbarazzante! Non parlerei di b&b ma solo di bed.

L’appartamento più curato in cui sono stata.

è curata benissimo, hai un parcheggio se vieni in macchina ed è super dolce e accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli. Stefano ospitalissimo e pronto a rispondere in qualsiasi momento, check-in velocissimo e senza problemi. Spero di tornarci presto!

Un grazioso piccolo appartamento, dotato di tutti i comfort. A pochi passi dal centro e dal meraviglioso Lago di Bolsena. Il padrone di casa è un uomo simpatico e disponibile. A l’anno prossimo

Struttura Perfetta! Vito 10+

La posizione è perfetta sia per raggiungere il centro ed altri servizi che per muoversi e raggiungere i paesi limitrofi. Inoltre ha un parcheggio privato e custodito molto comodo nei periodi di alta stagione. La colazione inclusa al bar del Turista è un ottimo plus. Consigliatissimo anche per la pulizia ed i servizi offerti dalla struttura. Ottima anche la collaborazione dello staff che risponde in un attimo ad ogni messaggio.

Unica pecca, se così possiamo definirla, sono le scale ripide per accedere alla struttura (sono 10 scalini non di più che si presentano appena aperto il portone principale). Purtroppo capisco anche che non si può fare altrimenti vista la struttura dello stabile. Ma è una cosa del tutto arginabile e che aiuta un minimo a tenersi in forma.

Creo que es el primer 10 de Booking que doy porque suelo ser muy exigente. Todo perfecto el apartamento y Stefano nos atendió fenomenalmente. Puedes aparcar al lado gratuitamente.

Casa moderna e pulita.

Struttura moderna, pulita, dotata di ogni comfort. Ottimo l’utilizzo della cucina, era tutto pulitissimo, stoviglie comprese. Molto caratteristica, esternamente sembra datata, ma all’interno è fantastica. Possibilità di parcheggio, posizione ottima, centralissima. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, senza nessuna pressione, proprietario discreto, ci ha lasciato i nostri i spazi. Vorremmo tornarci.
