Quaint place to stay at a reasonable price

The service and location were excellent! Our hostess was very helpful in giving us advice on what to do and providing an excellent breakfast.

Wonderful accomodation in a charming town. Exceptionally helpful staff.

Charming room with lovely outlook to the street. Receptionist was very helpful in providing local information re restaurants and transport and gave us a warm welcome to St Remy. She made our stay in St Remy very pleasurable.

One of the nicest suites we’ve stayed in!!

The location was A+. The suite (Luxe) was amazing - spacious, full of natural light and beautifully decorated. Exactly as shown in pictures…or even better. Clara was super helpful and friendly. Always available on WhatsApp to answer questions. She gave us great ideas about things to do in St. Remy and Arles.

We had the suite and it exceeded our expectations. It was a special space. The photos don’t do it justice. ❤️ We loved this accomm and wished we had booked an extra night. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely Clara was very helpful. Great location, quiet, next door to a pub and close to shopping.

Delightful.

Lovely spot, comfortable room, hooks in the bathroom!!!!! which is something hotels never put in and it was so nice to have a place to hang things, even for one night. Parking in the nearby free car park was straightforward, with some helpful directions and not too far. The manager Clara is very helpful and friendly and communication was excellent. We would go back.

A must stay while in St Remy

Clare and Meryeme were amazing! So helpful every morning with sights and making plans for the day. From remembering how we liked our coffee each day to being available to do laundry after long stretch of travel. We stayed in the Chambre Duplex, which far exceeded our expectations - so spacious, clean, and comfortable for many nights stay (bed is up a flight of carriage stairs, fyi).

Its hard to say what we didn't like, as all the good things really were amazing. But, the Bed was pretty hard and the pillows even harder.

Beautiful big room decorated in chic Provence style. Fabulous jacuzzi right in the room.

The bathroom sink was so big there was no room for our toiletries. There was no shelf in the shower so we had to put our soap and products on the shower floor.

Luxurious and old fashioned

I loved the room, it has even a little kitchenette. Further more I was able to look in the suites the next day and when I'll come again I'll definitely book the suit. Quite expensive but worth it for one time. The room had a good airco. Oeh and I loved the atmosphere in the room. It was luxe, but also a bit old fashioned.

The bed was on wheels, so don't lean on it or it will move. I loved that the kitchenette was there but it wasn't 100% easy accessible. The price is a bit high so the changes I'll stay here for more than 1 night are low.

Excellent breakfast. Very clean room, newly refurbished. Air con quiet and efficient.

Flashing light in the kitchenette continued through the night and was still visible even with the door closed on the kitchenette. 2nd floor location was a bit of a challenge with quite steep stairs.

This hotel is locate in the city center and very convenient to visit the tour of Van Gogh. My wife and her friends like painting of Van Gogh and they enjoy this trip and staying at this hotel. They upgrade my room which is big and comfortable.

A gem steps away from everything you need

Great location, very large rooms, clean, modern furniture, great french breakfast and very nice and attentive staff. There are several restaurants and shops around for all your needs. Do not park in the street on Wednesdays, its market day and you may have your car towed.

Great location. Good hospitality.

Excellent location with everything within easy walking distance. We had a Luxe Suite, which was quite luxurious, spacious and well appointed. Included a small kitchenette and a Jacuzzi and comfortable seating area. Hospitable and very helpful staff. They offered to dry our hand washed clothes in their dryer. Gave good recommendations for restaurants to eat in. Offered to bring up breakfast to our room at no extra cost. Parking was available at free public parking space within a 5 minute walk.

Our room was on the second floor with steep steps, so carrying heavy suitcases up especially for elderly people could be a challenge. We were able to get help in taking baggage up. Breakfast room is a bit small, so best to have the breakfast tray brought up to room. Breakfast is adequate but nothing special.

It’s hard to imagine better location. The duplex room was great and comfortable and a free parking is only 4 minutes away.

Superb

Second time staying here. Great room, excellent location. Elsa, our host was very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Communication very good. Good breakfast. We were in the duplex room. The stairs are quite steep to the bed (mezanine) area, with some limits on head clearance and over the bed (Very comfortable king size). Made clear when booking and is actually quite fun! Good shower. Roomy lounge area with a large comfy sofa. Highly recommended!

Trying hard to find something not to like...being very picky maybe a shelf in the shower and a few more hooks to hang clothes..

Good but Expensive what you get

- Very central Location - Clean - Elsa was very helpful. Thank you for everything Elsa :) - There is free parking for your car

- You have to carry your luggages about 20 stairs. There is no elevator. - I understand that french people eat only croissant and jam in the breakfast but we are not french :). Breakfast could be richer - We tried to choose our hotel as a luxury hotel, but this is no luxury hotel and the price is very high to this hotel. We could stay at a more luxury hotel with same price.
