It’s quiet and really clean.
Unlike the host Mariapia and the cleaning lady, the guy that comes on a daily to check in on the house makes you feel that he isn’t happy to meet you. He wasn’t very welcoming. And the Wifi is slow.

La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, me encantó el detalle del agua en la habitación, excelente detalle, los alimentos en la cocina para el desayuno estaban muy bien, quedé con gratos recuerdos! La cama, super cómoda!
No me gusto que quedara tan retirado de la estación de metro, y esta un poco lejos del centro. El último día llegaron unas huespedes que escuché eran 2 o más mujeres, hicieron bastante ruido e incluso intentaron ingresar a mi habitación, por lo que creo que sería bueno una camara en el pasillo en caso de robo.

Camera confortevole e funzionale, ambiente pulito e doccia spaziosa (in bagno privato). Colazione gradevole con una buona varietà anche per intolleranti a lattosio e glutine. Check-in rapido e puntuale, e spiegazione chiara rispetto ai dettagli del soggiorno. Zona silenziosa.
Data la tipologia della struttura, si può avvertire un po’ di rumore quando gli altri ospiti rientrano o escono dal portone o stazionano nell’area comune.

The host was welcoming and very nice
Towels were changed every day, the place was very clean and a bottle of water was left in the room every morning
The bed had this metallic structure that made it very squeaky, difficult to sleep without waking up because of that, also not convenient for tall people.
The towels had a smell of clothes not fully dry.
Location is a bit far from the center, took approximately 30 minutes one way.
Breakfast is a bit light (coffee, juice, croissants and yoghurts)
