I had a wonderful stay at Santa Maua Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and full of charm. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful during my stay, always making sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a quiet and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend Santa Maura Hotel and would love to come back again.

My initial visit to this hotel was a delightful experience from the start. The staff was exceptional, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast selection was great. The cappuccino? A perfect 10 out of 10.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to several service issues. On my last day, the housekeeping staff failed to replace the towels in my room, which meant I couldn’t take a shower before checking out. This was very inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, I was not informed at check-in that there was no telephone in the room. As a result, when I needed to contact reception, I had to use my personal phone to call the hotel’s main number. This lack of communication and basic in-room amenities felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Overall, I found the service lacking attention to detail and proper guest care. Unfortunately, this experience left me dissatisfied with my stay.
