Merkezi konumda olmasına rağmen sakin ve sessizdi. Yürüyerek önemli noktalara ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Yakın bölgerde araç için ücretli otoparklar mevcut. Ev biraz küçük olmasına rağmen temiz ve kullanışlı idi.

Lokacija fenomenalna, stan preudoban, sve što je trebalo imali smo u stanu. Zaista sve preporuke. Jedina mana je pogled iz stana, ali to je zanemarljivo kada si u fenonenalnom delu Sevilje i sve ti je peške dostupno. Stan je kompaktan, sve je uklopljeno maksimalno u prostor koliko je moglo i sve je jasno.
Krevet je malo zaobljen, odnosno dušek, pa imam osećaj ako sam na ivici kreveta da mogu da padnem. Međutim, nije to neka zamerka jer zaista nemam nekih ozbiljnih zamerki. Možda bi bolje bilo da ima neki plakar ili stanica za odeću koja ima ofingere malo više od poda.
