apartment was much larger than expected, very comfortable for our family. The bedrooms were quiet, the living area was bright and beautiful. location was perfect. we loved it and will come back!

the only thing that we thought could be improved was adding a few basics for cooking, seasonings, olive oil, etc. and a real coffee maker. other than that, it was PERFECT, we loved it here!

- very good location in Seville. - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. - Spacious bathroom with reliable hot water. - Living room includes a new TV. - Bedrooms face away from the street, reducing traffic noise

- Overall condition is poor: the apartment is dirty, damp, old, and poorly maintained. - Most appliances and furnishings are outdated despite being listed as “fully equipped”. - Bathroom is old and shows visible mold. - Living room furniture is cheap and only superficially cleaned. - Facing a busy street with single‑pane windows, resulting in significant noise. - Other rooms suffer from neighbor noise. - Structural issues: loose floor tiles, a nearly falling apart floor lamp, and even a hole in the wall. - Scent boxes placed throughout the apartment, seemingly to mask odors. - Managed by an external rental company, reflected in the mediocre service and neglected upkeep.

Really good location

We got locked out lucky someone in another apartment let us in they said it happens a lot due to the heat !! Also the people above were very noisy moving furniture around throughout the night

Ideale locatie in het centrum van Sevilla, dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Ruim appartement

Hygiëne en dan voornamelijk in de badkamer met schimmels in de douche. Er is geen ventilatie voorzien in de badkamer. Ventilatie enkel mogelijk door een raam open te zetten in een reeds koude ruimte. Er zijn airco's op de slaapkamers en in de zitkamer en deze kunnen verwarmen maar in de rest van het appartement is er geen verwarming. De badkamer en de keuken zijn hierdoor koud in de winter. De warmte van de zitkamer geraakt ook moeizaam tot deze ruimtes doordat deze van elkaar gescheiden zijn door een gang van wel 20 meter. De airco's op de slaapkamer waren minder effectief in het verwarmen en waren net voldoende voor de slaapkamers zelf.
