La Villa Guy & Spa - Teritoria

This is a fabulous guesthouse a short walk from the centre of Béziers (7 - 8mins). We had a large room with a balcony overlooking the pool, it was absolutely beautiful, the pool area and gardens are gorgeous and we felt like we had them to ourselves, it was so peaceful and chilled out we did not want to leave. It's beautiful and I hope we get to visit again.

Breakfast is expensive, and while it's good, I do feel it should be included in the price, as it is quiet expensive to stay here.

This is a stunning hotel . From the welcome and tour of the building everything was perfect. We had a large comfortable room overlooking the beautiful gardens and pool. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. We didn’t want to leave

Beautiful and well kept, faultless decor and the most incredible staff. Breakfast seems pricey but is well worth it ! Good location for foodies as several restaurants near by incl michelin starred Calice. Would come back!

The grounds and building itself

Disappointing experience despite attractive grounds I recently stayed at La Villa Gaye in Béziers and, unfortunately, found the experience to be disappointing, especially given the price point. While the property itself is visually appealing — the grounds are well maintained and the setting is attractive — the overall atmosphere lacked any sense of warmth or hospitality. There was no ambience to speak of, and the environment felt lifeless, particularly around the pool area where no staff were present and no effort was made to create a welcoming or relaxed setting. The most significant drawback was the attitude of the manager. I found them to be evasive, unhelpful, and, at times, quite rude. Basic requests were met with resistance or indifference, and I was even asked to bring down my own luggage from the room, which felt entirely inappropriate for a hotel of this standard. It created the impression that guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. For a property positioned at this price level, the complete absence of service or attentiveness was disappointing. I would not recommend La Villa Gaye to others and, regrettably, will not be returning
